Rogue nobleman Clement Warwicke poses as highway robber Black Bart, supposedly long dead. In doing so he raises the ghosts of the past who come looking for master Clement.
Wife killer Cass Jarman pretends to be insane to avoid execution. Being released from an asylum years later he keeps seeing things and breaks down completely.
