Captain Fearless is not by Quinlan.
U.S. Border Patrol is probably written by Quinlan and possibly he has some involvement in the art, but he's not the primary artist.
"Ray Allen" is Ray Willner and Allen Ulmer (probably Ulmer pencils and Willner inks).
Diamond Jim is signed "Rese" on the final panel (possibly Maurice Whitman? who has credits at Holyoke the next year).
Captain Storms = Ed Lipowski.
Corporal Rusty Dugan = Ed Lipowski.
Mr. Miracle is by Ray Willner
