Synopsis: Johnny, Beeswax and Suzie visit her Aunt Matilda, whose insurance company is being plagued by the arsonist Asbestoes and his gang. After an encounter on the train--which is resolved when Johnny changes into the Green Mask and saves his pals--the criminals later capture the three children and toss Beeswax and Suzie off a cliff into a river. Johnny becomes the Green Mask once more. He rescues Beeswax and Suzie, then defeats the gang.

This compels Cuthbert to rush out into the street in his pajamas, causes him to wind up in jail, incurs a hefty fee for cabs to drive the coat-less ladies home, and then he's required to return all of the garments to their owners.
