Feature Funnies 16 (paper+fiche) uploaded to the FTP.

Unfortunately, this one still has 11 pages (plus two panels) of Fiche scans. I was able to fix two damaged panels with fiche. So overall it's a pretty good looking book, I think. Highlights here include Espionage by Will Eisner and a Clock story; both are now in paper. My huge thanks to whoever uploaded the original fiche!
