Index updated from a DCM scan missing pages 31-34 and 61-62.
There is considerable confusion surrounding this issue and the previous issue (Star Comics #8) in older sources. The original indexes were taken from Howard Keltner's guide, which appears to have swapped the contents of #8 and #9 (with a few inconsistencies). Even though the DCM scan is incomplete, the table of contents page is unquestionably that of #9, as it includes the indicia as well, and makes it clear that the Keltner listing for #8 come from the contents page of #9.
